FreeBee is operated by LPRP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202624619K), a company registered in Singapore ("FreeBee", "we", "us").
Each FreeBee giveaway is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Singapore. Where a campaign has a named sponsor, that sponsor is shown on the campaign page ("Sponsor"). Entry is free of charge — no purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Campaign-specific details — including the prize, number of winners, closing date and draw date — are stated on the campaign page and form part of these terms.
Open to anyone in Singapore aged 18 and above — Singapore residency is not required. Employees of FreeBee and the Sponsor (where applicable), and their immediate family members, are not eligible. One entrant per person; entries are tied to your Telegram account.
Enter by logging in with Telegram on the campaign page and joining the FreeBee Telegram channel before the closing date shown. Every entrant receives 1 entry for joining. You can earn further entries as follows, and these stack:
From time to time, FreeBee may work with selected partners or content creators ("Promotional Partners") who are given a personal invite link on the same terms as any other participant's link, except that the entries awarded through a Promotional Partner's link are higher than the standard referral amount above, to both the Promotional Partner and the friend who joins through it. The exact bonus amount may vary by campaign and is set by FreeBee at its discretion; it does not affect the odds, integrity, or randomness of the draw for any other entrant. A Promotional Partner is subject to the same eligibility, fair play, and channel-membership rules as every other participant.
You must be a member of the FreeBee Telegram channel when entries close, when winners are drawn, and when your prize is sent or collected. Leaving the channel removes your entries from the draw; rejoining restores them. If you leave and have not rejoined by the time winners are drawn, you are not eligible to win that draw.
If you referred a friend and they leave the channel, the bonus entries you earned for that referral are removed for as long as they remain outside the channel, and restored if they rejoin. Bonus entries you earned by joining through a friend's referral link are yours to keep regardless of what your referrer does afterwards.
A winner who is not a member of the channel when their prize is sent forfeits that prize. (Where a campaign uses in-person collection instead, this applies at the time of collection.)
The number of winners for each giveaway is stated on the campaign page. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries, weighted by number of entries, after the closing date. Where a campaign has multiple prize tiers, the order of tiers awarded is also decided at random unless the campaign page states otherwise. A timestamped record of all participants and entries at the time of the draw is retained. Winners are announced in the FreeBee Telegram channel and contacted directly via Telegram.
FreeBee will deliver each prize to the relevant winner using whichever method is appropriate for that prize, at FreeBee's discretion. This may include, without limitation: posting or couriering a physical item to an address the winner provides; sending a voucher, gift, or funds directly to the winner's phone number (e.g. via PayNow, GrabGifts, or a similar service); sending a voucher, code, or gift electronically to the winner's email address; or arranging in-person collection. FreeBee may use more than one of these methods for a single prize (for example, sending part of a prize electronically and part by post).
Before a prize is sent, the winner must verify their identity and provide whatever delivery information the chosen method requires — which may include a delivery address, phone number, and/or email address. If the winner has not already shared a contact number through the "Share your contact" step, doing so is a required part of claiming the prize — FreeBee needs a way to reach the winner beyond Telegram to arrange delivery. If a courier or in-person handover is used, the recipient (the winner, or a person the winner has authorized in writing to receive it on their behalf, bringing proof of that authorization and their own identification) must confirm receipt. Prizes are sent using FreeBee's chosen carrier or service provider, and FreeBee is not liable for loss or delay once a prize has been handed to a carrier or sent to the phone number, email address, or account details provided by the winner, though FreeBee will assist in resolving delivery issues. Each winner has 30 days from FreeBee's request for delivery information (not from the draw date) to provide it and complete identity verification. Prizes not claimed within this period may be forfeited and redrawn.
A selfie photograph from each winner is a mandatory condition of receiving their prize. The winner must take this photo and send it to FreeBee; FreeBee will tell the winner what the photo should show (typically, the winner holding or with the prize). By accepting a prize, the winner consents to FreeBee using this photograph — which may include their name or Telegram handle — on FreeBee's website, Telegram channel and social media as proof that the giveaway and draw are genuine, and to promote future giveaways. If you do not wish to provide this photo, do not accept the prize.
Entries created through automation, duplicate accounts, or manipulated referrals may be flagged for review and voided. FreeBee may require identity verification before releasing any prize and may disqualify entrants who breach these terms. Sharing a device with family members is fine — flagged entries are reviewed by a human, not auto-blocked.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. FreeBee may cancel or amend a campaign where required for legal or regulatory reasons. FreeBee's decision on the draw is final. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
