FreeBee is operated by LPRP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202624619K), a company registered in Singapore, and complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the separate choices you control.
To run the draw (required to enter): your Telegram ID, username and display name, your channel membership status, your entries and referral activity, and technical signals used only to detect fraudulent entries. Named parties: FreeBee and the campaign's named Sponsor shown on the campaign page, where a campaign has one — we do not share data with unnamed "affiliated partners".
Prize logistics (optional): your phone number via Telegram's contact sharing, used to contact you if you win and to arrange delivery or collection of your prize — which may include sending a voucher, gift or funds directly to that phone number, or using it to coordinate delivery to an address or by email. This consent has no unsubscribe path, as it is tied only to the giveaway you entered and is not used for marketing.
Marketing (optional): your consent to receive messages about future FreeBee giveaways, including messages from FreeBee on behalf of brand partners. This is a separate, unbundled choice — entering a giveaway never requires it — and complies with the Do Not Call provisions. Withdraw anytime by messaging "stop" or "unsubscribe" to the bot. Withdrawing stops future marketing messages; it does not remove your entries or affect your participation in the giveaway itself.
Sharing your data with a Sponsor (optional, where offered): for some campaigns, a Sponsor may request access to participants' data directly. Where this applies, FreeBee will show a separate, clearly labelled opt-in for that specific campaign, and only entrants who opt in will have their data shared with that Sponsor. No campaign currently offers this option. This consent, if and when offered, would be specific to the campaign it's collected for and would not carry over to other campaigns.
Winner photo: if you win, you'll be asked to take and send FreeBee a photo (see the T&Cs), used on FreeBee's website, Telegram channel and social media as proof the giveaway is genuine and to promote future giveaways.
Each purpose above is consented to separately, and we keep a timestamped log of every consent you give or withdraw. Beyond the Sponsor data-sharing opt-in described above (where offered), brands do not otherwise receive your data — when a brand sponsors a marketing message to the FreeBee audience, FreeBee sends it; the brand does not see the list.
Draw records (participants and entries at draw time) are retained for compliance, including to satisfy record-keeping obligations under our trade promotion lottery licence. Contact data and marketing consents are deleted when you withdraw them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw any consent, by messaging the FreeBee bot or emailing hello@listo.sg.
